Why a semi-manual payment?
We deliberately use no automated card payment. Every transfer is reconciled and then validated by a staff member before anything ships. As a result, no banking data is stored on the site, stolen-card fraud is impossible, and you keep full control over your payment.
How to payFrequently asked questions
Do I need an electrician to install a kit?
Plug & play kits go into a socket and need no electrician, within the power your grid operator allows. For a fixed installation wired to the panel, the final connection must be done by a qualified professional and declared to the grid operator.
Why can I not pay by card?
We chose bank transfer to rule out stolen-card fraud and to store no banking data on the site. The QR code shown on your order fills the transfer in automatically in your banking app: in practice it is as quick as paying by card.
How long before my payment is validated?
A SEPA transfer usually arrives the next working day. We check payments once or twice per working day. You receive an e-mail as soon as it is validated, and your order moves to preparation.
What if I forget the structured reference?
We will not be able to match the transfer to your order automatically, which delays processing. Write to us with the date and amount of the transfer and we will reconcile it by hand.
What yield can I expect in Belgium?
Expect about 950 kWh per kWp per year for a roof facing due south at a 35° tilt, with no shading. An east-west orientation costs around 15%, heavy shading up to 25%. Our calculator accounts for these factors.
