Data collected

When you order, we record the data needed to process it: name, address, e-mail, phone and, where applicable, VAT number. This data is kept for the legal accounting retention period.

Audience measurement

This site uses an in-house statistics system hosted on the same server. It sets no cookie and never records your IP address. An anonymous identifier, recomputed daily from a salted hash, only allows visits to be counted: following you from one day to the next, or tracing you personally, is impossible. No data is passed to any third party.

Cookies

Only two technical cookies are used: the session cookie (cart, login) and the one remembering the light or dark theme. No advertising cookies, no external trackers.

Payment

Payments are made by transfer from your own bank. No card data is entered, transmitted or stored on this site.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your data by a simple e-mail. We answer within 30 days.
