A SEPA transfer usually arrives the next working day. We check payments once or twice per working day. You receive an e-mail as soon as it is validated, and your order moves to preparation.

We will not be able to match the transfer to your order automatically, which delays processing. Write to us with the date and amount of the transfer and we will reconcile it by hand.

Yes, with no formality: simply do not make the transfer. The order is cancelled automatically after 14 days and the stock is released. A simple e-mail is enough if you want to cancel sooner.

Expect about 950 kWh per kWp per year for a roof facing due south at a 35° tilt, with no shading. An east-west orientation costs around 15%, heavy shading up to 25%. Our calculator accounts for these factors.

Yes, if your inverter is a hybrid or if you add an AC-coupled battery. Our 5 and 8 kWp roof kits accept a battery added afterwards; let us know and we will advise a compatible model.

Yes. Every roof kit includes rails, hooks matched to the roof covering, fasteners and earthing clips. State your roof type when ordering: tiles, slate, steel sheet or flat roof.

Yes: Netherlands, Luxembourg, France and Germany, for €59 shipping. For other countries, e-mail us before ordering so we can quote the transport.

Panels: 25-year product and performance warranty depending on the manufacturer. Inverters: 10 years, extendable. Batteries: 10 years or 6,000 cycles. The two-year legal conformity warranty applies on top.
