Delivery and returns

Dispatch

Validated orders leave within 5 to 10 working days. Panels travel on a pallet; plan for truck access and someone to receive the delivery.

Costs

Belgium: €29, free from €1,500. Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany: €59. Free pick-up at the workshop by appointment.

Receiving

Check the pallet's condition before signing. Any reservation must be noted on the carrier's slip and reported to us within 48 hours.

Returns

14 days to change your mind, products complete and uninstalled. Contact us before returning anything to get a return number.
